TVOD/SVOD — US/UK/DE/JP (Classic)

As a result of the delivery nuances of each Classic territory, a separate onboarding is required for each territory; however, the rounds required for testing remain the same. Below is a generic outline of the rounds of delivery, followed by territory-specific requirements.

Round 1

This round is used to test the following competencies: overall asset quality, ability to format metadata and manifest documents and ability to construct series/season/episode hierarchy. This round provides the lowest complexity while still touching on all necessary core competencies for delivery. Errors experienced in this round are coached and redelivery is requested until a 100% accurate delivery is made.

Movies

Round 2

This round is used to build upon the competencies tested in the first round of delivery. Additionally in this round we test the ability to insert another Season into an existing Series hierarchy. Errors experienced in this round would be coached and redelivery requested until a 100% accurate delivery is made.

Round 3

This round represents the culmination of all previous deliveries and learnings from those deliveries will be needed to successfully pass this round and become "onboarding complete." All core competencies are now tested at a larger scale than before with an entirely new delivery package. Errors experienced in this round would be coached and redelivery requested until a 100% accurate delivery is made.
